My username or password won’t work, what do I do?
Click 'Forgotten your password' on the scheduler homepage and follow the online instructions. The system will generate a new password and send it to you - once you have logged in you may change this password to one of your choice in 'Account'.

I’ve logged in what do I do?
1) Check and update your company's listing - 'Account'
2) Search for potential  partners - 'Search'
3) Message or request meetings* with your chosen targets (*please note meetings can only be requested by resellers and distributors)

Note: you can search for a company or delegate name by typing in the first few letters in the Search box.

I don’t want to receive emails from the system what do I do?
1) Open your Account and click your name at the left of the page to open your personal details edit form
2) Check the 'Disable emails' box
3) Click Save at the end of the form

Messages sent to you by other users will appear in your main Messages area, and in threads in the Message tab of your meetings

How do I book a meeting?

Resellers and distributors can request meetings in the Trade@Bett Networking Hub or at the company's stand as follows:

  • Log in or register then:
  • Click 'Book meeting' next to the name of the attendee you wish to meet
  • Click an available meeting time (green block) on their partnering grid
  • Check the meeting details, adding a short message if required, and click Request

An email is sent instantly to your meeting partner, requesting their confirmation. You will receive a copy of the email, and you can cancel the meeting at any time - if you click Cancel, you will be given the option to type a short message to the other person.

How many meetings can I book?
Each company is limited to 6 meetings. A maximum of three people can attend one meeting at a time.

Where can I find the Trade@Bett Networking Hub? The Networking Hub is located in Hall N1 and N2 to the left of the Visitor Entrance nearest to Custom House Station. Full details can be found here 

Is there internet in the Trade@Bett Networking Hub? The Trade@Bett Networking Hub does not have its own personal WIFI.

How do I cancel a meeting?                                                               To cancel a meeting click on 'schedule' and click on the meeting you will no longer be attending. Please write a message as to why or contact export.meetings@i2ieventsgroup.com. We advise that once you have arranged a meeting you take a contact email or telephone number of the individual in case you need to cancel during the event.
